Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

• Clients may cancel scheduled services by providing written notice at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled service date by emailing us at admin@testopodia.com.
• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled date are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 2 days before the service date may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made after the service has started or completed will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:
• The service was not provided as described in the agreement or on the website.
• The service could not be delivered due to unforeseen issues or errors on our part.
• To initiate a refund request, please contact admin@testopodia.com within 2 calendar days of the scheduled service date. Refund requests made beyond this period may not be eligible.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• The following are non-refundable:
• Services that have been completely rendered or delivered.
• Fees for downloaded or accessed content, including but not limited to:
• Online test modules
• Study guides
• Digital subscriptions
• Pre-recorded video lectures

4. Processing Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 2 business days. The actual time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Partial Refunds

If a service has been partially completed (e.g., partial course access or partial delivery of study material), we may issue a partial refund at our discretion, based on the extent of service already rendered.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service delays, cancellations, or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
• Strikes or labor disputes
• Internet or service outages
• Government regulations or restrictions
• Pandemic or epidemic situations

7. Governing Law

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
